Getting in shape has never been easier, especially now that there are an assortment of fun exercises available!

The gym is no longer a daunting environment full to the brim with an array of threatening looking machinery! It is instead a place that feels welcoming and houses an assortment of softer looking features, such as equipment that boasts to give you a work out at the touch of a button or harmonising swimming pools that allow you to swim off the day in peace!

Then there are the many classes! These include the likes of Pilates, body balance, yoga, tai chi, body combat, Zumba, bokwa and if you dare, spinning!

The best thing about the above classes is the fact that they allow you to be motivated! There is in fact an instructor helping you through every step, showing you exactly what shape to create and what move to pull!

The likes of the many dance classes available allow gym fanatics to burn an incredible amount of calories whilst they actually have fun!

Even if you are new to the classes and haven’t quite got the hang of the moves, you will still be working out, this is made possible due to the fact that you don’t stop moving for the entire 45 minutes!

Such classes are fun, fast end energetic! You also have an instructor keeping you on your toes!

Sonetimes it is hard to keep yourself going in the gym as there is no one there pushing you to excel yourself! You instead have to posess an extreme amount of will power! Another option is to of course to invest in the help of a personal trainer! He or she will be able to create an exercise plan that is perfectly suited to you and you only! This tailored plan will allow you to achieve the results you desire. This could be heightening your exercise levels, your fitness or alternatively creating an enviable bikini body ASAP!

Do chuck for charity A deep V is acceptable when it comes to a daring neckline, what you wear with this neckline is however very important, too much can make you look cheap rather than alluring.

Stars that have been seen recently sporting such a look include the likes of Malin Akerman, Kerry Washington, Kristin Wiig, Rose Byrne and Friends favourite, Jennifer!

Malin Akerman showcased a flapper style number, which looked prim and proper despite the low neckline.

Kerry Washington went for a chic Donna Karen number is sweet beige hues. The interesting cut and style of the dress took the attention away from the daring neckline.

The SAG Awards showcased both Kristin Wiig and Rose Byrne wearing the deep V look. Kristin opted for Balenciaga gown just as Rose Byrne did also. An Elie Saab jumpsuit also made an appearance on the evening.

Jennifer as always, looked super sexy in a vintage hued metallic number. Helen Flanagan however went a little over the top and showcased a little too much chest. Watch and learn girlies!

A V-neck dress, top or tee can look extremely sexy if you know how to wear it. Never wear it with too short a skirt. Keep either the skirt short or the top high or vice versa, all of it will look too much and a little cheap as well!

Never over do it on the jewellery front, you are already making enough of a statement with the low v style.

Keep the make-up low key and girl next door as appose to over the top and sultry. This will take the effect away from the outfit or alternatively add too much to the outfit!

Try to create a sweet look with a non-innocent edge for best results!

And no we don’t mean the clothes…we mean the hair! Yes curves are in this season but not just womanly curves. This season loves a different kind of volume.

Super sized hair is proving to be a big hit this season. Last year we were seeing a lot of pixie-esq boy cuts, this year however the lock are long!

Think of an over-done kind of ultra-sexy style! Over the top hair is set to be bigger than life this season!

This year hair stylists are over doing the styles in order to create something out of this world! The best way to create such a lock-lustre style is to invest in a few clever hair styling tools.

Make sure the volume is uneven, this way there is no chance of stiffness. It will also give the impression that the hair is moving, even though it is very much in place!

Big hair doesn’t have to always been worn down. There are arrays of glam up dos that can make an equally as dramatic statement.

The bun is something that Elizabeth Taylor and Audrey Hepburn were big fans of and due to their iconic status, many of us wish to create that exact style!

The up-do is a do that is very glam and intricate. Such a style is a must for an evening do such as an upmarket dinner date or ball. It also works really well when worn with a detailed or strapless dress as it will really work to show the dress off my taking the hair up and away from the face.

The up do can be adapted to the occasion by making it either messier or smoother. Adding a soft fringe will also change the look completely, just as lowering it at the back will.

An up do is certainly one of the most glamorous options to date!

Being passionate about what you wear is certainly one way to look and feel utterly stylish! This is why you should always opt for attire that suits you down to a t! Never invest in something quite simply because it looks great on a celeb or friend. You are bound to be a different shape to either of the above and different shapes suit different styles!

If you possess super curves, don’t be afraid to flaunt them! Just make sure you do it in a demure and stylish way! The same goes for someone with extremely lean pins, toned arms or a washboard midriff.

Being passionate about fashion is certainly one way to know exactly what is on trend for now! Fashion is ever changing and in order to keep up with these changes, you will need to follow designers, catwalk shows, blogs, editorials and magazine articles.

However you will also need to learn what type of clobber you suit, you may for example suit a certain cut or style, a particular fit or a certain shade.

Knowing this will make it easy to choose a trend, it will also mean you will save a lot of time when choosing a certain trend. This is great news if you have a major event coming up, whether it’s a prom, an opening, a date or a dinner to go to!

There are many different shapes out there, which is great news as otherwise clothing would be a little boring if it was only designed for the one shape! Some people may possess enviable curves, some may be slim and tall, others come in pear shapes and others have sporty boyish figures. Whatever your shape, there is most definitely a style to suit you!

You may find that you come to like a certain brand as all of their attire works well with your exact shape. If you do however find something that you really like but it doesn’t quite fit, taking it too the tailor is always a great shout!

Imagine garments that are hand-cut, hand-sewn and embroidered to perfection in order to fit every idiosyncrasy! Well these pieces do actually exist!

Haute couture clothing is purchased by only those who can afford to spend tens of thousands on one sole item. This item however has been created for their figure only. Thousands of hours have gone into making it and the end result offers a wow factor like no other!

There are however only a few people that can afford such designs. These people tend to be the wives of tycoons, princesses and of course the A A list celebs! After all, these items are not the knid of attire you would don for the local cocktail establishment.

Such styles are seen hanging off the limbs of those walking the red carpets, at prestigious black tie balls and high-class charity events!

They are delivered to the doors of those who invest in them in tissue filled boxes in order to protect the hours of endless work that has gone into each individual item!

Intricate embellishments such as bead detailing, lace-up ties, jewels and any other attachments are in general sewn on by hand in order to create not only a very precious piece, but also something that is very much individual.

These pieces do however encase the figure in a fashionable armour, one that really accentuates every asset in order to reveal a body that screams ‘look at me!’.

Versace have certainly created some super figure enhancing pieces over the years! The outfits really work to create that sculptured look, this look in turn enhanced all of the assets, pushing the bust up and pinching the waist in.

The end result is something that makes a complete statement, nothing else is in fact required in order to enhance the look even more so!

Remember that wide eyed 60′s look that every cavorted in the Twiggy days, thanks to Max Factor’s Eye Effects Collection you to can now achieve this alluring look in three easy steps.

First start with your eyelid by blending Smokey Eye Effect Eye shadow in Onyx Smoke onto your lids. This rounded crayon smoothly glides over your eyelids. The pointed darker crayon should be swept across to the corners to give some definite definition. It’s easy to blend using fingertips and such a procedure creates a captivating look.

Very 60′s are very much in and is all about working the darker line above the crease of your eyelid.

This is achievable using Max Factor Liquid Effect Pencil in Brown Blaze.

Look down into a mirror with your head slightly back then draw in a crescent shape in the crease of your eyelid.

This graphic look is easy with the help of a liquid effect pencil, giving you a bold wide-eyed look.

Finally this bambi-esq look needs thick dramatic lashes, the fuller the better.

False Lash Effect Fusion Mascara by Max Factor is amazing, the way it lengthens your lashes’ means you won’t have to spend hours trying to put on those falsies!

False lashes are great for a special occasion but they do take a lot of skill to apply. Then there is always the risk that they may fall off half way through the evening!

Now all that is left is to repeat the look several times by dragging the wand from the root to tip then flutter them sexily.

This look is most definitely the Wow look! That retro image comes alive by using these Max Factor products. Head over to your local beauty counter today and you too can be working that sultry 60’s look in no time!

Just because Christmas and New Year are now over, that by no means we should take this as a hint to dress down. There are still arrays of parties and events to attend to! However after the festive season some of us may be feeling the squeeze. This squeeze will most likely occur around both the waistline and the bank balance.

Christmas and New Year is an expensive time and when it comes to the season after, we all often feel like we need to start saving! There however still ways to look and feel good without breaking the bank balance.

New Years resolutions are a must if you want to balance both your spending and your eating habits, simply make a plan and stick to it!

Instead of going all out and buying a brand new frock for an up and coming evening out, why not re-vamp an old one! Every one owns a statement little black number and dressing something simple up can make it look like a whole new outfit!

Buy into a few new accessories rather than a whole new outfit and dress anything simple and subtle up! Think statement chandelier earrings, cute sparkly bags, elegant hair accessories and embellished heels. All of these accessories will cost you a lot less than a whole new outfit yet will make some old look re-vamped and new!

Belts are also a great way of adding something a little different to your outfit and will work to break it up.

You may be wishing you had invested in a gym pass, however this is a great expense that many people often don’t have the time to use! With both work commitments and hectic home schedules, making time for the gym can be a rare treat. There are however much less expensive ways to get in shape. These include the likes of cleaning, dancing, exercise videos and walking.

According to a recent survey the fake look is about as alluring as a relationship with the troubled starlet Kerry Katona!

So why is it then that millions of women choose to invest thousands in making themselves into something they are not!

Fake tan, coloured contacts, false lashes are just a few of the non-extreme accessories many girls choose to apply to them on a daily basis!

More and more however are turning to the more extreme procedures such a liposuction, Botox, surgery in the shape of boob jobs, tummy tucks and bum implants and a variety if other unimaginable procedures!

But what is so wrong with our original selves and why do so many choose to change in such a dramatic way?

The most likely response to such a question would be the media’s effect on today’s generation!

We are constantly approached with unreal images of A-lust celebrities, actresses, actors and supermodels! With so much media attention focused around such individuals, we are accustomed to seeing them splashed every magazine spread on a daily basis!

Many in fact believe the bodies and faces of such starlets to be achievable in real life! However this is not the case and we most definitely should not strive to achieve the looks and figures of such individuals! More times than not, their images have in fact been photo shopped left, right and centre in order to portray and unrealistic image!

The flawless skin, super sized boobs and tiny waists are in fact the work of a photoshop pro and you to could look exactly that way if this procedure was applied to any one of your current photos!

Why not be yourself and love what you have, the world would be a very boring place if everyone were to look exactly the same! So come on girls promote a little originality! Dare to bare what no one else has and you will become a fashion statement in yourself!
